BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Constitution of Animal Welfare League NSW provides for the election of Directors at the Annual General Meeting. Directors seeking appointment must qualify with the provisions provided by the Constitution and the Australian Securities and Investment Commission and are bound by both upon appointment. Directors have tenure of office until the following AGM when they can nominate for re-election.
