Animal Welfare League NSW is financially dependent on donations, legacies and bequests.
Why Making a Will is Important
A bequest to Animal Welfare League NSW will ensure that the protection, care and rights of unwanted, neglected and abandoned animals continues well into the future.
It will also ensure that animal welfare issues of the future are identified, researched and promoted throughout the community.
You should also make arrangements in your Will for the care of your companion pets. Whoever you choose to care for them, you must make sure they understand this responsibility and they are prepared to value the pet as you do.
How Your Legacy Will Help Us Care for Your Animals
With AWL you will have the reassurance of knowing that your companion pet will be taken into care immediately upon your death. You may decide you would like us to find a new caring home or let your pet live at one of our shelters for their natural life.
A legacy to AWL is a very effective way to ensure that we will be able to keep caring for animals who depend on us for help. There are several ways to include AWL in your Will.
